Create and manage written, visual, and multimedia content for landowners, stakeholders, and internal audiences across blog, video, website, social, direct mail, and sales collateral. Support internal communications, company events, vendor-managed direct marketing and A/B testing, and assist with paid digital campaigns by tracking performance and applying learnings.

Own end-to-end prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for solar O&M projects: identify covered work, ensure correct classifications and rates, validate payroll coding and payments, manage subcontractor submissions, deliver certified payroll packages through client portals, reconcile deficiencies and process corrections, maintain audit-ready records, and monitor regulatory guidance.

Support distributed solar projects from post-site-control through construction readiness by coordinating teams, tracking schedules/budgets/permits/interconnection, managing stakeholder communications, supporting environmental diligence, and preparing materials for approvals and financing.

Own and advance distributed solar projects from post-site-control through construction readiness. Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, interconnection, environmental diligence, stakeholder and consultant relationships, incentive strategy, and financing support, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver fully permitted, economically viable projects.

Create and manage written, video, web, social, direct mail, and sales collateral to engage landowners and communities. Lead organic social strategy, internal communications, event support, direct mail campaigns, and assist paid digital marketing while coordinating vendors and measuring performance.
