Lead and develop a renewable energy engineering team while overseeing technical strategy, design standards, workflows, resource planning, KPIs, consultant performance, interconnection requirements, and project transitions. Provide technical mentorship and design guidance for solar and battery storage projects. Drive process automation, value engineering, equipment evaluation, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and collaboration with development, permitting, finance, and construction teams.

Supports project managers with technical and administrative tasks, project documentation, invoicing, change orders, workflows, utility communications, vendor coordination, meetings, and project closeout. Manages photovoltaic module inventory across warehouses, verifies shipments and receipts, maintains module records, and assists with on-site material handling. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work from the Annapolis office with approximately 10% travel.

Lead market evaluation and regulatory strategy for community solar nationwide. Monitor state policy and utility proceedings, assess project economics, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, support regulatory filings and advocacy, build stakeholder relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to guide market entry and project finance decisions.

Support distributed solar projects from post-site-control through construction readiness by coordinating teams, tracking schedules/budgets/permits/interconnection, managing stakeholder communications, supporting environmental diligence, and preparing materials for approvals and financing.

Own end-to-end prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for solar O&M projects: identify covered work, ensure correct classifications and rates, validate payroll coding and payments, manage subcontractor submissions, deliver certified payroll packages through client portals, reconcile deficiencies and process corrections, maintain audit-ready records, and monitor regulatory guidance.

Own and advance distributed solar projects from post-site-control through construction readiness. Manage schedules, budgets, permitting, interconnection, environmental diligence, stakeholder and consultant relationships, incentive strategy, and financing support, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver fully permitted, economically viable projects.

Serve as primary client contact for high-profile solar customers, handle inquiries, route requests, manage Drive O&M and AlsoEnergy monitoring tools, prepare proposals, ensure data integrity, run reports, review onboarding site data, and interpret contracts and billing issues.
