Own client, vendor, and subcontractor onboarding; contract administration; fleet and field-equipment compliance; technician training coordination; new-hire onboarding; company events; and leadership projects. Maintain accurate Salesforce and accounting records, manage insurance and licensing requirements, track operational readiness, and improve SOPs and cross-functional processes across field operations, billing, vendors, and client relations.

Lead and develop a renewable energy engineering team while overseeing technical strategy, design standards, workflows, resource planning, KPIs, consultant performance, interconnection requirements, and project transitions. Provide technical mentorship and design guidance for solar and battery storage projects. Drive process automation, value engineering, equipment evaluation, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and collaboration with development, permitting, finance, and construction teams.

Supports project managers with technical and administrative tasks, project documentation, invoicing, change orders, workflows, utility communications, vendor coordination, meetings, and project closeout. Manages photovoltaic module inventory across warehouses, verifies shipments and receipts, maintains module records, and assists with on-site material handling. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to work from the Annapolis office with approximately 10% travel.
