Own end-to-end prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance for solar O&M projects: identify covered work, ensure correct classifications and rates, validate payroll coding and payments, manage subcontractor submissions, deliver certified payroll packages through client portals, reconcile deficiencies and process corrections, maintain audit-ready records, and monitor regulatory guidance.

Monitor and manage renewable energy assets remotely: analyze alerts and system performance, create and update CMMS work orders, coordinate with field teams and clients, perform SEL relay and tracker remote operations, manage DAS/CMMS/ESS data transfers, attend client meetings and quarterly in-person meetings, and participate in training and continuous improvement.

Support distributed solar projects from post-site-control through construction readiness by coordinating teams, tracking schedules/budgets/permits/interconnection, managing stakeholder communications, supporting environmental diligence, and preparing materials for approvals and financing.
