Teams at NEW CREATIONS CHILD CARE & LEARNING CENTER LLC

Leads the onboarding, training, assessment, mentorship, and development of Directors-in-Training, Site Directors, and Assistant Directors. Owns the first 90 days of new leader development, supports DIT placement and graduation, provides ongoing leadership development, and serves as an interim site leader during vacancies. Partners with corporate leadership, operations, HR, hiring, enrollment, and marketing teams to maintain consistent leadership standards across childcare centers.

Lead daily childcare center operations, budgets, licensing compliance, enrollment growth, staff hiring and coaching, family engagement, and program quality. The Site Director supports faith-based early childhood education, develops educators, maintains regulatory standards, and collaborates with leadership to achieve organizational goals. The role is full-time, in person, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Leads operations across multiple childcare centers by coaching Site Directors, ensuring licensing and Parent Aware compliance, supporting educational quality, managing budgets and enrollment metrics, developing staff succession plans, and maintaining safe, welcoming environments. The role includes weekly visits to four locations, leadership development, family and employee engagement, and coordination with Finance, Enrollment, Staffing, and other corporate teams.
