Provide on-site and remote IT support for SMB clients across LA County. Maintain Azure servers and services, manage Intune device policies, implement conditional access and Group Policy, troubleshoot networks and AD, support virtualization, Office 365, MFA, and assist with VoIP and VLAN deployments.
