Provide on-site and remote systems administration for client IT environments: support Azure servers, manage Intune and conditional access, administer Group Policy and Active Directory, troubleshoot networks, and maintain virtualization and Office 365 services.

Provides remote, in-office, and onsite technical support for client hardware, software, networks, patches, and system installations. Responds to support calls and tickets, troubleshoots outages and hardware issues, maintains records in ConnectWise, escalates problems, and implements technology solutions. The role requires customer service, field support, documentation, adaptability, occasional after-hours work, local travel, and successful completion of a CJIS background check.

Provides advanced IT support, technology consulting, and strategic guidance to managed-services clients. Responsibilities include resolving complex infrastructure, networking, cloud, virtualization, security, and systems issues; managing tickets and documentation; meeting SLAs; advising clients on technology strategy; mentoring engineers; and maintaining trusted client relationships. The role requires regular travel to local client sites in Boulder, Colorado, with a hybrid work environment.
