Work proactively from a ConnectWise queue to assess and remediate client environments across endpoints, identity, security, networking, and cloud. Perform onboarding reviews, Entra ID/Intune/Defender tasks, lead or support infrastructure deployments (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), produce quotes via ConnectWise Sell, document thoroughly, and travel regularly between Shreveport and Little Rock.
