Leads commercial growth for a technology solutions and services provider, overseeing sales strategy, pipeline, forecasting, recurring-revenue expansion, account growth, geographic market entry, and sales-team development. Partners with executive, marketing, service delivery, operations, and finance leaders on pricing, budgeting, customer experience, strategic planning, and organizational development. The role requires building a scalable sales organization and expanding the business across Tennessee and the broader Southeast.

Provides remote and on-site IT support for clients, monitors and maintains systems, administers Windows Server, Windows workstations, and Office 365, and supports TCP/IP networking. Uses ConnectWise RMM tools and assists with Azure and AWS infrastructure. Documents procedures and client interactions, troubleshoots technical issues, collaborates with clients, and mentors junior staff while managing delegated tasks.

Supports and expands client cybersecurity services through relationship management, security strategy sessions, vulnerability management, incident response, remediation planning, compliance documentation, and security awareness initiatives. The role coordinates service delivery in ConnectWise, maintains client security documentation, manages metrics and reporting, and provides guidance across Windows, macOS, cloud, and networking environments.
