Teams at New Balance

Provides day-to-day legal support to New Balance’s European business, advising on regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, retail property leases, product safety, competition, sustainability, trade, and customs matters. The role supports multiple business functions, delivers compliance training, coordinates with global teams and external counsel, and advises senior leadership across the EMEA region.

Supports growth and performance of key digital marketplace accounts by identifying commercial opportunities, coordinating with wholesale, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams, analyzing marketplace and product performance, supporting forecasting, and recommending actionable strategies. The role also manages partner relationships, campaign launches, product ranging, fulfillment performance, and marketplace operations while helping deliver premium brand experiences and increase revenue.

Leads the HR function across Germany, Austria, and Poland, managing HR Advisors and delivering operational HR support across corporate and retail environments. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, talent and performance management, employment-law compliance, policy development, change management, engagement, and local works council relations. The role serves as a senior escalation point, executes regional HR strategy, manages complex cases, supports organizational change, and oversees territory operations while traveling across Central Europe.
