Owns Marketplace P&L month-end accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Partners with business leaders by providing performance commentary, KPI analysis, management reporting, financial models, and commercial insights for marketplace launches and strategic decisions. Supports audits, tax reviews, and broader EMEA management and commercial accounting activities while maintaining accurate and timely reporting.

Provides operational HR support across Benelux, Nordic countries, the UK, and Ireland. Advises managers and associates on policies, employee relations, absence, employment law, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HR processes. Maintains Workday and HR documentation, manages HR inquiries, supports training, reporting, engagement initiatives, and HR projects, while ensuring consistent practices across corporate and retail environments.

Supervise daily retail store operations by opening and closing the store, supporting management and back-of-house standards, coaching associates, achieving KPIs, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining health, safety, and company procedures. The role also supports commercial performance, team development, and flexible weekend and holiday coverage.
