Teams at New Balance

Provides end-to-end customer service and administrative support for UK and Ireland wholesale sales operations. Processes forward orders, manages order books, maximizes order conversion, resolves customer queries, coordinates with Sales, Finance, and Logistics, and ensures labeling, booking, cancellation, data protection, and delivery requirements are met. Maintains product knowledge, communicates effectively across teams, and delivers accurate, timely customer support under deadlines.

Leads EMEA allocation and inventory operations across full-price stores, factory outlets, and digital channels. Manages allocation, pricing, promotions, replenishment, stock movements, localized assortments, store openings, launch deliveries, and seasonal transitions. Oversees teams of 10 or more, collaborates with Buying, Planning, Logistics, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, and global teams, and improves supply-chain efficiency, allocation processes, KPIs, and APTOS technology usage.

Support implementation of EU pay transparency requirements and maintain compliant compensation policies across EMEA. Perform data validation, reporting, basic comp analyses (compa-ratios, range penetration), market benchmarking, and operational support to HRBPs and TA. Prepare disclosure and communication materials, track regulatory changes, and assist with salary range accuracy in job adverts.
