Lead brand and narrative strategy for an AI-native electric trucking carrier. Build and run a full content engine, own PR/analyst relations and agency management, support commercial and fundraising conversations, strengthen employer brand, and scale the marketing team while using AI tools as core infrastructure.

Own the full lifecycle of client loads: ensure accurate load setup in Apollo, manage status updates, resolve exceptions, obtain accessorial approvals, maintain client communication and metrics, close out loads with complete billing, and deepen relationships to protect and grow revenue.

Own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships to drive net revenue growth, upsell/cross-sell, manage renewals, run QBRs, track account health and margin, reduce escalations, ensure Amazon program compliance, and drive integrations and service improvements.

Own full-cycle pursuit of new shipper and 3PL logos: prospecting, RFP management, pricing, MSA negotiation, and onboarding through first load. Build pipeline in CRM, convert spot/project freight into contracted volume, run lane launches, and maintain playbooks and handoffs to Operations to ensure on-time, clean go-lives and scalable commercial processes.

Lead and scale Nevoya's safety and regulatory compliance program across DOT, FMCSA, and state requirements. Set policy, build a compliance team, manage audits, ELD and Clearinghouse programs, oversee drug/alcohol testing and insurance strategy, track KPIs, and represent the company to regulators and insurers.

Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered products for freight operations. Prioritize AI opportunities, run user research, define requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering to ship production-ready solutions, build product operations, and drive adoption and monitoring of AI workflows.

Execute daily dispatch operations: assign loads, communicate with drivers, handle exceptions, and track KPIs. Use AI tools to research, troubleshoot, draft, analyze, and automate workflows. Improve and document playbooks, escalate judiciously, and partner with engineering/product to automate recurring manual work.
