Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts by driving revenue expansion, renewals, margin improvement, pricing negotiations, and service performance. Serve as the primary customer contact, manage escalations, run QBRs, track account health, build multi-threaded relationships, and coordinate EDI/API integrations. The role partners across sales, operations, and customer experience to improve retention, customer satisfaction, and account profitability.

Lead brand and narrative strategy for an AI-native electric trucking carrier. Build and run a full content engine, own PR/analyst relations and agency management, support commercial and fundraising conversations, strengthen employer brand, and scale the marketing team while using AI tools as core infrastructure.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for asset-based EV trucking: prospect, respond to RFPs, negotiate MSAs, launch new lanes, and hand off to Operations. Measure success by new logos, contracted revenue, on-time launches, and conversion of spot freight to committed volume.
