Develop and deploy Physical AI and machine-learning policies on customer robots using the NeuraGym pipeline. Responsibilities include teleoperation, data annotation, model fine-tuning, simulation, distillation, quantization, edge inference, evaluation, troubleshooting, and reliability testing. The role also involves hands-on robot hardware integration, customer-facing technical enablement, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent onsite deployments.

Plan and execute verification and validation tests for robot-arm safety functions, interfaces, fault conditions, and collaborative operation. Measure safety performance, maintain traceability and compliance documentation, support risk assessments and certification audits, and conduct regression testing across releases and hardware. Build automated test setups integrated with CI/CD, investigate failures, track defects, and communicate findings. Coordinate across functional safety, firmware, robotics, and applications teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving test methods.

Own escalated support issues for robotic hands, reproducing firmware, SDK, communication, electrical, mechanical, and software faults. Debug ARM Cortex-M firmware using embedded lab tools, support SDK integrations, develop small firmware and tooling fixes, and route complex issues to engineering. Create diagnostics, documentation, release notes, and recurring-fault reports. Provide remote and on-site customer support, requiring travel when remote troubleshooting is insufficient.
