Lead Revenue Operations Specialist builds and maintains revenue systems, CRM (Salesforce) administration, pipeline forecasting, reporting, and process design. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, produce forecasts and dashboards, identify operational bottlenecks, train users, and support scalable revenue and partnership operations.

Own the full partnership lifecycle with K-12, higher ed, government, and education networks to drive revenue and program expansion. Prospect, negotiate, contract, onboard, manage accounts, grow renewals/expansions, maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation and partner retention.
