Coordinate 24/7 cargo flight operations, including flight planning, aircraft and crew resource allocation, permissions, handling arrangements, fuel, customs, immigration, and flight monitoring. Keep customers informed, develop recovery plans for delays and aircraft-on-ground events, escalate issues appropriately, complete flight records, and collaborate with commercial and customer service teams.

Supports daily finance operations through financial data entry, bank and account reconciliations, record maintenance, month-end and year-end closing, audit support, and compliance with accounting procedures. The role also performs general administrative duties and requires accuracy, organization, Excel proficiency, basic accounting knowledge, and collaboration across an international organization.
