Manage customer onboarding from contract signature through vendor activation. Lead kickoff meetings, define success criteria, coordinate provisioning and integrations, track milestones and onboarding KPIs, resolve issues, and drive vendor adoption. Partner with Sales, Customer Relationship Managers, Product, Operations, and Enablement teams to ensure seamless handoffs, improve onboarding processes, and accelerate customer value realization.

Provides technical support for employees, troubleshooting Windows and Mac workstations, servers, networks, peripherals, software, and access issues. Installs and deploys hardware, manages technology inventories, evaluates new tools, and supports IT automation projects. The role also assists with third-party IT vendor oversight and documents information security policy adherence for audits. Work begins at 5 AM in the Tualatin office, with hybrid work possible after 90 days and manager approval.

Supervise a data processing team by managing schedules, workloads, coaching, performance reviews, and onboarding. Monitor processing queues, KPIs, response times, and productivity reports; provide feedback and prepare management reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and SOPs while maintaining accurate documentation and improving workflows, tools, and procedures.
