Designs and delivers large-scale software solutions, develops architectural requirements and roadmaps, guides implementation, and participates in architecture governance. The role provides technical leadership, stakeholder communication, emerging-technology evaluation, and coaching while ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, performance, standardization, and cost objectives. Occasional after-hours availability is required for rotational on-call support.

Drive new business through consultative prospecting, lead qualification, solution planning, pipeline management, and relationship development with prospective Netsmart clients. Evaluate client needs, recommend appropriate technology services and solutions, and collaborate with technical and marketing teams to complete RFPs. The role also involves executive-level communication, presentations, and growing the existing sales pipeline through direct customer contact.

The Senior Software Engineer (Python) will design, develop, and maintain backend services, focusing on building and managing GraphQL APIs, and optimizing database performance with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB while collaborating with multiple teams.
