Develop, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks and reusable test harnesses for UI, API, integration, functional, regression, and performance testing. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to assess testability, identify defects and risks, document coverage, and support releases with manual testing when needed. Participate in rotational on-call support.

Supports consulting operations by maintaining project and services backlog data, tracking milestones, budgets, schedules, and project health. Analyzes operational and financial performance, prepares recurring reports, identifies risks, and drives process improvements, workflow optimization, automation, and data enhancements. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, PMO, Services, Project Managers, and Practice Directors to improve project execution, productivity, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Lead multiple complex healthcare technology engagements, including enterprise implementations, digital transformation, workflow optimization, system integrations, and organizational change initiatives. Manage client executive relationships, delivery standards, communications, risks, scope, schedules, costs, and engagement financial performance. Partner with sales teams on opportunities while guiding projects from strategy through adoption and leading teams to achieve measurable client outcomes.
