Build Angular front-end components and Java Spring Boot APIs and microservices. Participate in Agile sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, testing, and collaboration with QA and Product teams. Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, improve designs, and deliver scalable, high-quality web applications and backend services using modern web and cloud-enabled technologies.

Provides expert Netsmart EHR solution and workflow design during client engagements. Guides clients through implementations, upgrades, system changes, troubleshooting, maintenance, and knowledge transfer. Manages client expectations, resolves escalated issues, supports project delivery, and mentors solution teams on methodology and best practices. Requires healthcare IT implementation or consulting experience, EHR experience, project management background, and the ability to communicate architecture concepts to technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Coordinate project teams and monitor plans, schedules, hours, budgets, expenditures, and timelines to support on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as a key communication point, prepare status updates, maintain project assets and databases, coordinate associates, track progress, and identify workflow improvements using automation and AI-powered tools. The role may require irregular hours and travel up to 20% to support clients and projects across time zones.
