The Engineering Manager leads Netsmart's software engineering teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions by driving technical excellence and managing operational metrics within the full software development lifecycle.

Lead the design, development, and delivery of internal and external programs. Define requirements with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, track program performance against goals, oversee budgets and program tasks, and develop business processes to ensure successful program outcomes.

Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software for large complex projects; provide technical leadership, plan and execute Agile development, coordinate onsite/offshore teams, troubleshoot issues, set metric-driven goals, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
