Manage mid-market customer accounts to ensure successful product use, achieve 90%+ renewal rates, upsell products, hit renewal revenue targets, negotiate pricing/contracts, coordinate with partners and internal teams, and maintain forecast accuracy.

Build and test scalable cloud-based software for Netskope’s Data Security Posture Management platform. Design backend services and APIs, collaborate on feature planning, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability, cost, and development processes. The role requires expertise in Scala or Java, cloud services, databases, event-driven microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, REST APIs, and cybersecurity concepts.

Design, optimize, and deploy enterprise-scale LLM inference systems; collaborate with ML scientists and architects to build production-grade AI/ML infrastructure, drive AI roadmap, and implement monitoring/report cards for model accuracy, latency, and security relevance.
