Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, partnering with senior leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, engage candidates, conduct screening and assessment, negotiate offers, and support onboarding transitions. Manage multiple searches, build diverse talent pipelines, perform direct sourcing through calls, email, and LinkedIn, and improve recruiting tools and processes.

Leads regional enterprise sales for Netskope’s cloud security and networking solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new business; exceeding territory revenue targets; creating account strategies; and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires extensive cybersecurity and networking sales experience, strong C-level enterprise relationships, channel partner connections, SaaS expertise, and residence in the assigned geography. Regional travel is required.

Owns complex backend security initiatives from technical design through production deployment. Sets architectural direction for highly available, resilient, and scalable distribution APIs and services; partners cross-functionally on technical solutions; champions testing, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and operational excellence. The role also includes code reviews, technical prioritization, risk mitigation, mentoring engineers, documentation, and advancing AI-assisted development practices.
