Proactively prospect and solicit new customers for meet-me room and colocation products, manage sales activity and records, support proposals and marketing, coordinate site tours and quotes, and provide ad-hoc support to the sales team to grow client relationships and revenue.

Support company-wide FP&A including annual budgeting, monthly performance and cash flow forecasting. Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis, maintain KPIs, provide ad-hoc analyses, improve processes, and communicate findings across business units and management.

This role requires driving sales for Meet Me Room and colocation products, managing customer relationships, conducting presentations, and understanding industry trends.

The Marketing Manager will execute campaigns, manage events, oversee content creation, support sales with marketing materials, and maintain brand consistency.

Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, redlining, negotiating, renewals, amendments, and terminations. Analyze contractual terms, pricing, audits, and RFP responses. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve compliance requests, provide analytical support, recommend process improvements, and communicate findings to management while handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
