Develop and execute B2B growth and demand-generation campaigns across paid media, email, ABM, events, SEO, and content. Manage content strategy, social media, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, conversion optimization, vendors, and event support. Build dashboards, track pipeline and ROI, support sales enablement, apply AI tools, and establish scalable marketing processes and consistent branding across the company’s data center portfolio.

Proactively prospect and solicit new customers for meet-me room and colocation products, manage sales activity and records, support proposals and marketing, coordinate site tours and quotes, and provide ad-hoc support to the sales team to grow client relationships and revenue.

Support company-wide FP&A including annual budgeting, monthly performance and cash flow forecasting. Perform budget vs. actual variance analysis, maintain KPIs, provide ad-hoc analyses, improve processes, and communicate findings across business units and management.
