Manage benefits, payroll, and HRIS administration including enrollments, life events, payroll processing, audits, and reporting. Serve as primary contact for benefits and payroll questions, support open enrollment, partner with accounting and brokers, improve People Ops workflows, prepare reports, and provide backup support across People Operations initiatives.

Proactively prospect and solicit new customers for meet-me room and colocation products, manage sales activity and records, support proposals and marketing, coordinate site tours and quotes, and provide ad-hoc support to the sales team to grow client relationships and revenue.

This role requires driving sales for Meet Me Room and colocation products, managing customer relationships, conducting presentations, and understanding industry trends.
