Own full sales cycle for Netgain SaaS ERP apps: prospect and qualify leads, demo products, build relationships (including with NetSuite partners), manage pipeline and forecasts, close deals, and travel occasionally for on-site activities and events.

Manage and grow customer accounts by identifying upsell opportunities, improving retention, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Conduct consultative discovery, tailor product demonstrations, and develop account plans with cross-functional teams. Serve as primary client contact to resolve issues, drive product adoption, and provide customer feedback to inform product improvements. Leverage ERP knowledge (particularly NetSuite) and value-based selling to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction.

Lead NetSuite-based Operating Apps implementations, provide technical design and project management, create enablement and training materials, support partners as a dedicated consultant, and run workshops to scale product delivery.
