Provides accounting, finance, and financial systems consulting during client implementations. Leads multiple ERP-related projects, manages implementation and go-live activities, advises stakeholders on technical design, develops training and documentation, supports product-related inquiries, addresses technical accounting challenges, and mentors team members. The role also collaborates with partners, product teams, and leadership to improve processes and products.

Own the NetLoan product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through sprint delivery, QA, and release. Define lending and accounting features, validate calculations and NetSuite GL impacts, triage escalations, support sales, and maintain documentation. Partner closely with developers, customers, support, implementation teams, and finance stakeholders while using AI tools to accelerate product work.

Conduct outbound prospecting to Controllers, CFOs, and accounting leaders through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, qualify prospects, handle objections, book qualified meetings for Account Executives, and create pipeline against activity and meeting targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and help improve messaging, call approaches, and account strategies. The role is designed to develop future Account Executives and sales leaders.
