Drive renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention while developing tailored AI roadmaps, leading executive business reviews, measuring ROI, and addressing account risks. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Forward Deployed Engineers to improve adoption and product outcomes. Represent NetDocuments at industry events and contribute to customer success best practices.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack applications for a next-generation document management platform. Build React, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET, and AWS solutions using event-driven architectures, Kafka, APIs, AI services, and modern data pipelines. Improve system performance, reliability, security, observability, and scalability while owning complex initiatives through production. Partner with Product, Design, and Platform teams, establish technical direction, mentor engineers, and guide engineering standards.

Lead Customer Success analytics and systems to proactively drive GRR, NRR, renewals, NPS, and adoption. Build predictive models and the CS data stack (Gainsight, Salesforce, Power BI), create executive dashboards and decision-ready narratives, enable AI/automation, partner cross-functionally on forecasting and revenue alignment, and build a small team of analysts to convert insights into prioritized actions.

Lead post-sale Customer Success, Renewals, and Partner Delivery organizations to maximize retention, expansion, and AI product adoption. Set strategy, segmentation, playbooks, metrics, and operating rhythms; partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, renewals, and executive-level customer relationships while scaling teams and processes.

Sell NetDocuments' cloud content management solution to small-market prospects by conducting virtual demos, qualifying leads, negotiating and closing contracts, meeting sales targets, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborating with BDRs to nurture opportunities.

Generate qualified sales opportunities for North America by prospecting greenfield territory, executing account-based outbound outreach, qualifying leads, setting demos, and maintaining Salesforce data while aligning closely with sales counterparts.

Lead and scale an AI Search engineering team building embedding models, vector indexing, and indexing pipelines for semantic search.
