Navigate complex technical dependencies and Microsoft 365 integrations, apply modern product practices, and influence stakeholders across the organization. The role requires strong technical fluency, experience with enterprise content management, and hands-on exposure to LLMs, semantic indexing, RAG, and AI-powered document intelligence.

Designs and implements legal quality assurance evaluations, software tools, and repeatable testing systems for legal AI products. Advises product, engineering, and design teams on legal accuracy; reviews specifications, prompts, taxonomies, and product copy; and improves agentic workflows and system performance. The role combines legal expertise, software development, structured data, data curation, and evaluation of nondeterministic systems to make legal AI more reliable and trustworthy.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for the Intelligent Document Management System platform. Defines architecture and engineering standards across web, mobile, backend, desktop, Microsoft 365, and AI capabilities.
