Lead architecture and development for scalable document content extraction and transformation systems. Build full-stack, event-driven applications using C#/.NET, AWS, Kafka, OCR technologies, APIs, and AI services. Own initiatives from design through production, improve reliability and performance, implement observability, address technical debt, document architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Leads product and segment marketing across law firm and corporate legal customer segments. Owns go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, market and competitive intelligence, sales enablement, product launches, content, analyst relations, and team development. Partners cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to create segment-specific strategies and drive measurable growth.
