Lead client adoption and training for NetDocuments and AI features: deliver onboarding, workshops, develop enablement content, monitor adoption metrics, respond to client inquiries, and support internal playbooks while building client relationships and product expertise.

Lead and execute NetDocuments' organic social strategy across platforms, build executive and SME thought leadership programs, create and capture content (including video), measure social impact on demand generation, manage editorial calendar and governance, engage communities, and travel frequently for events and content capture.

Lead and scale the Transformers engineering team to deliver document transformation, OCR, and text extraction capabilities. Define technical vision and roadmap, oversee multi-team delivery, mentor engineering leaders, collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data Science, promote best practices for CI/CD, microservices, cloud, and containerized deployments, ensure security and compliance, and foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
