Facilitate and assess clinical and theoretical nursing education in a hospital setting, supervise and support student placements, manage clinical records on the LMS, and ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards. Develop evaluation strategies, conduct clinical accompaniment and academic rounds, and build partnerships between clinical teams and Netcare Education.

Provide individualized, holistic ICU nursing care: assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; coordinate multidisciplinary rounds; act as clinical resource; initiate emergency resuscitation; document shifts; support training, policy input, quality and resource management; allocate staff and maintain stakeholder communication.

Provide direct and indirect nursing care in ICU under Registered Nurse supervision: assess, implement and evaluate care, maintain documentation and stock, ensure infection control and patient safety, participate in handovers, quality improvement, supervise ENAs, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Provide perioperative nursing care in theatre, assess and implement individualized nursing plans, coordinate multi-disciplinary care, initiate emergency resuscitation, mentor staff/students, contribute to policies, ensure quality, safety and resource allocation, and support digital patient record adoption.

The Clinical Nurse RN coordinates holistic nursing care for patients, collaborates with the healthcare team, and ensures patient safety and advocacy while leading nursing activities.

Provide individualized, holistic nursing care in a high-care hospital unit: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; coordinate multidisciplinary care; perform emergency resuscitation; mentor staff and students; contribute to policy, quality, resource allocation and digital adoption (electronic patient records).

The Enrolled Nurse provides nursing care under supervision, maintaining records, ensuring safety, and participating in patient care programs.

The Registered Nurse for Anaesthetic and Recovery provides patient-centered care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring safety and comfort while monitoring vital signs and managing emergencies.
