Facilitates theoretical and clinical nursing education for students in hospital environments. Responsibilities include teaching, clinical accompaniment, student assessment, academic administration, research participation, quality assurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration. The role maintains student records, supports work-integrated learning, promotes evidence-based nursing practice, and helps implement healthcare technologies and digital systems. Regional travel is required.

Analyzes healthcare pricing, tariffs, hospital events, consumable usage, costs, profitability, revenue mix, and reimbursement methods. Develops statistical reports and business intelligence to monitor risks, contract effectiveness, cost drivers, and variances. Supports product development, partnerships, funder negotiations, and management reporting through detailed data analysis and trend identification.

Supervise the hospital accounting function and provide comprehensive financial support. Prepare financial and management statements, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, variance analyses, statutory submissions, and cost-center reports. Maintain accounting records, fixed-asset registers, inventory controls, and internal controls. Oversee procurement and purchasing, supervise finance staff, support risk reviews, and ensure compliance with group accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards.
