Provide specialised operating theatre nursing: assess, plan and implement patient-centred perioperative care; coordinate multidisciplinary care; perform resuscitation; document care; mentor staff; support EHR and e-prescribing adoption; ensure safe environment and supply use.

Provide individualized, holistic nursing care in a PICU setting: assess, plan, implement and evaluate advanced nursing interventions, coordinate multidisciplinary care, initiate emergency resuscitation, mentor staff/students, contribute to policy, quality and resource management, and adopt electronic patient record systems.

Coordinate theatre/ward administrative and secretarial tasks including admissions, bed bookings, transfers, discharges, staff scheduling (Kronos), stock control, data capture and error troubleshooting (MoBit), and maintaining patient records in systems (SAP, CareON, IMT). Provide customer care to patients, visitors and clinicians, assist unit manager with duties, and support daily ward operations and reporting.
