Maintains, repairs, installs, inspects, and troubleshoots facility equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, appliances, plant machinery, and general electrical reticulation. Performs preventive maintenance, safety inspections, fault resolution, condition reporting, cost control, and standby duties in a hospital environment while complying with technical, statutory, and safety regulations.

Coordinates ward administration, patient admissions, bed bookings, transfers, discharges, records, and communications. Supports nursing staff scheduling, stock control, data capture, patient statistics, hospitality rounds, maintenance requests, and general ward operations. Welcomes patients, doctors, visitors, and representatives while maintaining accurate information across SAP, CareON, IMT, and related systems. Requires Grade 12, computer literacy, and 2–3 years of administrative experience.

Coordinates theatre and ward administration, including patient admissions, bed bookings, transfers, discharges, records, staff scheduling, stock control, data capture, communications, and customer service. Maintains accurate information across SAP, CareON, IMT, and related systems while supporting nursing staff and the Unit Manager. Ensures ward reception, patient boards, equipment, files, billing documentation, follow-up appointments, and general unit operations are completed accurately and on time.
