Lead the technical direction and hands-on development of NetBox Delivery, including Kubernetes operators, controllers, APIs, release tooling, observability, and deployment infrastructure. Own and evolve AWS infrastructure powering a multi-tenant SaaS platform, including EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD. Lead infrastructure projects, improve reliability and developer self-service, manage SLOs, reduce toil, support SOC 2 compliance, mentor engineers, and participate in incident response. Collaborate with Product teams on reliable customer launches and use observability tools to monitor platform performance.

Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily engineering roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, debriefs, offers, and closing. Build passive technical talent pipelines through GitHub, open-source communities, and recruiting platforms. Partner with hiring managers across the US, UK, and EMEA, maintain accurate Ashby data, monitor pipeline health, and support accelerated hiring in a fast-paced startup environment.

Build and operate full-stack observability features across Go and Python services, gRPC and REST APIs, data ingestion pipelines, and React/TypeScript dashboards. Design scalable telemetry visualizations, real-time data flows, automated tests, and production reliability practices. Collaborate cross-functionally, participate in on-call, mentor teammates, shape architecture and roadmaps, and use AI-enabled development tools responsibly.

Designs and delivers complex backend services and shared platform components for identity, authentication, and access control. Owns projects from design through production, breaks initiatives into milestones, resolves technical challenges, identifies risks, mentors engineers, documents technical decisions, and collaborates across teams to align engineering work with product priorities.

Build multi-tenant, event-driven services using Go, protobuf APIs, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ. Apply observability and instrumentation expertise with OpenTelemetry, networking knowledge, secure coding practices, and coding agents. Collaborate with product, platform, NetBox, and open-source communities while producing technical specifications and delivering reliable integrations.

Coordinates field, event, and partner marketing programs, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, regional events, sponsorships, and co-marketing campaigns. Manages stakeholders, vendors, venues, budgets, logistics, communications, and on-site execution. Supports marketing reporting and metrics covering registrations, attendance, campaigns, and events while collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and external partners.

Drive new-logo and expansion sales for technical SaaS products through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, consultative selling, technical discussions, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure. Partner with engineering and product leaders to align execution with priorities.

Lead and mentor a software engineering squad while remaining hands-on with code reviews, design discussions, and occasional development. Own the software development lifecycle, drive sprint execution, remove blockers, ensure secure and high-quality delivery, and partner with product and engineering leadership. Support open-source contributors, communicate progress and risks, and guide engineers’ technical and professional growth.

Drive new-logo and expansion sales across the DACH region, managing the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through technical discussions, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account growth. Build relationships with network engineering leaders and technical users, develop outbound pipeline, collaborate with channel, customer success, and solutions engineering teams, and communicate the value of technical open-source networking products.

Own global people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exits, payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, and employee support. Administer US and international employment processes, manage PEO and EOR relationships, maintain HR data integrity, and produce workforce reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, and People leadership on systems consolidation, compensation architecture, compliance, and automation. Improve processes using HR technology and AI while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Build and maintain NetBox Enterprise, an on-premises product suite. Responsibilities include architecting Kubernetes-based high-availability solutions, extending Kubernetes operators, developing lifecycle management tools, building CI/CD pipelines, managing releases, writing Rust and Python, supporting integration testing, documenting deployment practices, and resolving customer deployment and operational issues.

Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market goals. Create persona-based content across the funnel, including blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, sales collateral, videos, emails, and web copy. Measure conversion and test content effectiveness while collaborating with product, growth, sales, communications, community, people, customer success, engineering, and product teams to strengthen brand consistency, engagement, and demand generation.

Own end-to-end B2B demand generation, including integrated campaigns, ABM, email nurture, organic social, website initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, agencies, design, and product teams to generate measurable pipeline. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, strong writing, and management of multiple concurrent programs, with emphasis on SaaS, technical audiences, open source, and product-led growth.

Act as the technical partner for customers: onboard, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across NetBox deployments, integrations, and upgrades. Participate in architecture and planning, meet SLAs, escalate high-risk items, create runbooks, surface product feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, TechOps, and Customer Success to improve product and processes.

Lead and scale strategic technology alliances with top partners (Cisco, Red Hat, Nvidia, HPE, Arista, Itential). Drive executive access, joint go-to-market programs, route-to-market placements, partner integrations, and KPI-driven alliance governance while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing globally.
