Coordinates technical projects and operations by tracking schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; facilitating stakeholder communication; providing technical support; troubleshooting software, hardware, and infrastructure issues; maintaining documentation and reports; improving processes; and training or onboarding team members.

Provides first-level technical support to end users through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Troubleshoots basic hardware, software, password, printer, and network issues; documents requests in ticketing systems; escalates complex problems; and guides users through diagnostics and technology usage. The role also contributes to knowledge-base documentation and maintains strong customer service standards.
