Administer the full post-funding lifecycle of commercial mortgage portfolios, including borrower documentation, construction advances, loan system transactions, interest and tax calculations, trust account reconciliations, reporting, compliance controls, and correspondence. The role requires accurate data entry, document management, peer reviews, cross-functional support, and communication with internal and external clients in both English and French.

Administer commercial mortgage portfolios throughout the post-funding life cycle. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying borrower documentation, processing funding and construction advances, recording loan transactions, calculating interest and fees, reconciling trust accounts, managing remittances and reporting, maintaining accurate files and systems, conducting peer checks, and supporting borrower, lender, investor, and internal team requests.

Own company-wide procurement requests from initial intake through signed agreements. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security; review contracts; negotiate with vendors and internal stakeholders; manage procurement projects, owners, and deadlines; and balance business needs with financial constraints. The role also supports the development and scaling of procurement processes in a growing, ambiguous environment.

Build and manage relationships with mortgage brokers across Vancouver Island, provide guidance on lending products and credit policies, structure complex residential mortgage files, support applications through underwriting, and drive territory funding growth. The role requires proactive field engagement, market-share expansion, pipeline ownership, and collaboration with underwriting and risk teams. Candidates should bring mortgage underwriting or credit analysis experience, an established broker network, a valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and local Vancouver Island residency.

Translates stakeholder needs into user stories, feature scopes, technical requirements, wireframes, prototypes, and system configurations. Investigates system behavior and databases, resolves bugs, collaborates with developers, gathers requirements, analyzes user behavior, and supports platform improvements for commercial mortgage lending solutions. Manages stakeholder communications, triages inquiries, documents dependencies, and drives features from concept through completion.

Coordinate residential mortgage funding from approval through closing. Prepare instructional packages and documentation for solicitors, obtain outstanding information, ensure Know Your Client compliance, review legal and company requirements, and release funds accurately and on schedule. The role requires detailed mortgage industry knowledge, strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Manage annual reviews and post-funding credit activities for commercial real estate loans and CMBS mandates. Monitor loan covenants, financial reporting, and compliance risks; coordinate escalations; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders; prepare investor reporting; and support special projects and technology adoption. The role develops expertise in credit analysis, underwriting, loan servicing, and compliance.

Design, build and maintain automated and manual tests for Salesforce customizations (LWC, Apex, Flows). Configure test environments, write Playwright scripts for Lightning, run API tests with Postman, manage test cases in Xray/Jira, and support CI/CD and release processes to ensure regression and system test coverage.

Lead a key white‑label partnership end‑to‑end as primary liaison: set strategic direction, manage project plans and budgets, resolve operational escalations, drive delivery with internal tech and service teams, and identify growth, scaling and process optimization opportunities.

Maintain and build automated and manual tests for Salesforce customizations. Create and execute test plans, manage test environments (Sandboxes/Scratch Orgs), develop Playwright automation for Lightning interfaces, collaborate on QA processes and CI/CD, and validate APIs and security models to ensure release-quality Salesforce deployments.

Perform daily QA reviews of mortgage applications pre- and post-funding to ensure compliance with underwriting standards, policies, and regulations. Investigate suspicious files, identify trends and fraud risk, prepare QA reports with findings and recommendations, support audits, manage approved/vendor/AML lists, and provide guidance to underwriting and stakeholders on credit risk and loss mitigation.

Provide on-site IT support for the Toronto office and remote Level 1/2 support across locations. Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, MDM/RMM administration, endpoint security/patching, hardware inventory, ticketing, vendor coordination, and process documentation while mentoring junior staff.

Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery and adoption. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog and sprints with senior developers, drive user adoption and KPIs, evaluate Salesforce releases and AI capabilities, run market and user research, and apply platform-agnostic product discipline across customer and partner-facing tools.

Lead 0->1 development of a strategic financial product: define vision, roadmap and execution. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance and GTM teams to build, launch and scale a secure, compliant fintech product. Set success metrics, prioritize under ambiguity, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Lead closings by liaising with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel and notaries, ensure AML/FINTRAC, KYC and AMF compliance, optimize workflows and templates, manage marketing and event logistics, and oversee departmental finances, invoicing and subscriptions.
