Teams at Nesto Group

Reviews mortgage applications before and after funding for compliance with underwriting standards, company policies, and regulations. Identifies documentation discrepancies, suspicious activity, fraud indicators, and credit risks; conducts preliminary investigations and recommends mitigation actions. Prepares quality assurance reports, supports audits, manages approved and AML lists, performs QA/QC reviews, and advises underwriting teams on credit, property, flood, and loss-mitigation risks.

Supports the COO, CTO, CPO, and other executives by managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, expenses, presentations, documentation, and follow-ups. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, maintains confidential records, improves recurring administrative workflows, and provides occasional personal assistance. It requires strong organization, discretion, bilingual French-English communication, technological proficiency, and the ability to work onsite in downtown Montreal at least three days per week.

Manage relationships with emerging mortgage brokers across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Educate partners on mortgage products and underwriting guidelines, grow broker portfolios toward funding milestones, improve pipeline conversion, and collaborate with underwriting and servicing teams. Represent CMLS at industry events and networking opportunities while providing responsive, trusted support to broker partners.
