Manage relationships with emerging mortgage brokers across Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Educate partners on mortgage products and underwriting guidelines, grow broker portfolios toward funding milestones, optimize pipeline conversion, collaborate with underwriting and servicing teams, and represent CMLS at industry events and networking opportunities.

Develop and maintain nesto’s Salesforce environment, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, data architecture, user interfaces, business logic, backend integrations, and modular code. Build and test features, investigate difficult bugs, collaborate with operations leadership, and deliver projects independently or within cross-functional teams. The role requires strong Salesforce integration, Apex versus Flow decision-making, LWC development, modern application architecture, and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Develop and maintain Salesforce environments, including architecture, user interfaces, role design, business logic, integrations, Apex, LWC, testing, debugging, and enterprise customizations. Deliver features independently and collaboratively, investigate complex issues, evaluate Salesforce releases, and partner with Operations leadership to improve business processes. Serve as a technical subject-matter expert and mentor developers on solution design and architecture.
