Own day-to-day finance operations and business administration for the Ukraine team, including payments, cash flow, budgeting, expense control, AP/AR, reporting, documentation, payroll coordination, employee administration, and process improvement. Coordinate with outsourced providers and internal teams across Ukraine and the US while establishing clear workflows and SOPs.

Own SMT process development and control for high-volume PCB assembly. Program automated assembly and inspection equipment, specify tooling and stencils, maintain quality plans and SOPs, train operators, support line operations, reduce defects and scrap, implement CAPA, provide DFM feedback, and support product scale-up from prototypes through NPI and high-volume production.

Leads complex cross-functional operational projects from concept through completion. The UAV Systems Engineer will prototype and improve unmanned aerial platforms, focusing on assembling drones, configuring systems, and testing performance.

Manage procurement requests, supplier sourcing, quotations, purchasing, deliveries, inventory records, logistics, and international shipments for the Ukraine team. Coordinate office operations, supplies, equipment, maintenance, workplace setup, employee travel, and administrative needs. Maintain accurate records, build supplier relationships, and develop clear procurement and administrative processes while managing changing priorities independently.

Represent Neros within the defense and national security community, build trusted Pentagon and stakeholder relationships, translate technical capabilities into strategic narratives, and identify opportunities aligned with Department of Defense priorities. The role requires deep knowledge of Pentagon decision-making, acquisition, defense strategy, senior-level engagement, and national security technology, along with the ability to operate in a fast-moving company and obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Develop and optimize manufacturing production schedules using ERP, MRP, or MES systems. Coordinate materials, capacity plans, inventory, suppliers, and production priorities across supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Monitor operational metrics, resolve bottlenecks, support forecasting and scale-up initiatives, and improve throughput and efficiency in a fast-paced drone manufacturing environment.

Owns relationships with military units using Neros products in Ukraine, translating frontline feedback into product direction and deployment priorities. Coordinates military, engineering, operations, and partner stakeholders across initiatives from concept through testing, handoff, and impact assessment. Maintains prioritized initiative tracking, identifies product and integration opportunities, supports resource allocation, and builds a Mission Success team in Ukraine.

Own manufacturing processes for drone assemblies from station design through sustained production. Provide hands-on line support, troubleshoot tooling and equipment, improve cycle time and yield, maintain work instructions, validate process changes, lead root-cause analysis, support NPI builds, provide DFM feedback, and manage station-level KPIs. The role requires close collaboration with production, quality, technicians, and design engineering in a high-volume hardware environment.

Own RF qualification, validation, and production test strategy for drone wireless systems, including video and command-and-control links. Lead NPI readiness, manufacturing acceptance testing, automated RF infrastructure development, root-cause investigations, and production test scaling. Manage RF test engineers and technicians while partnering with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to improve yield, reliability, and production readiness.

Supports Neros leadership by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, handling high-stakes logistics, managing stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance. The role requires trusted handling of sensitive information, executive-level communication, flexibility across time zones, and occasional work outside normal business hours. The assistant will interact with partners, investors, and government officials while serving as an operational and cultural bridge for leadership teams.

Deploy across Europe and the Middle East to train military and partner forces on FPV and interceptor systems, support demonstrations and campaign events, build relationships with operational units, and translate field activity into deployed capability. The role also feeds intelligence to growth teams and develops scalable training, demonstration, and deployment processes. Extensive travel, military or defense field experience, tactical drone familiarity, strong briefing skills, and active clearance or clearance eligibility are required.

Owns end-to-end RF subsystem development from architecture and simulation through layout, verification, validation, production testing, and mass production. Performs link budget, cascade, interference, desensitization, and connectivity analysis; selects critical components; leads root-cause investigations; manages timelines; and mentors engineers while collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and software teams.

Lead 2D and 3D concept art, illustration, and visual storytelling for unmanned systems across marketing, technical guides, customer presentations, and concept of operations materials. Define visual styles for products, mission profiles, deployment sequences, and battlefield scenarios; translate complex technical specifications into intuitive visuals; collaborate with marketing and brand teams; and manage multiple concurrent concept projects.

Own development and maintenance of manufacturing test stations for autonomous systems. Perform board-level hardware debugging, develop and extend test automation (Python), integrate HW/SW, analyze production test data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and production scalability.

Run and enforce the Marketing org's project management systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines for campaigns and launches, surface and resolve risks, present status updates to leadership, and conduct post-mortems to improve execution and velocity.

Lead architecture and development of manufacturing systems and integrations (MES, ERP, QMS, WMS). Build production factory software, define APIs/data models, establish engineering standards, ensure auditability/observability, and partner with cross-functional operations teams. Mentor engineers and operate hands-on as the first senior technical leader in a fast, regulated manufacturing environment.

Design and implement board-level manufacturing test hardware and fixtures, define ICT/functional/test/programming/calibration strategies, deploy and sustain test solutions with contract manufacturers, analyze yield and failure trends, and drive DFT and continuous improvements across prototype to high-volume production.

Lead supplier development and production ramp for electrical assemblies: provide DFM feedback, create process flows and PPAP, perform capacity planning and supplier assessments, implement process controls, analyze supplier metrics, and drive quality improvement for NPI and mass production.

Manage media relations across national, business, tech, defense trade, and creator outlets. Pitch and field press inquiries, run embargoed rollouts and exclusives, draft press releases and media materials, maintain editorial/announcement calendar, analyze coverage and share-of-voice, and partner with content production on integrated campaigns.
