Leads and grows an application and backend engineering team building web, desktop, Android, and API-based tools for drone mission planning, configuration, and flight-data analysis. The role coordinates across sales, product, operations, and leadership teams and requires regional and domestic travel.

Drive business development and sales for U.S. forces operating in the EUCOM region. Own SMT process development and control for high-volume PCB assembly. Develop and optimize manufacturing production schedules using ERP, MRP, or MES systems. Coordinate materials, capacity plans, inventory, suppliers, and production priorities across supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Monitor operational metrics, resolve bottlenecks, support forecasting and scale-up initiatives, and improve throughput and efficiency in a fast-paced drone manufacturing environment.

Own manufacturing processes for drone assemblies from station design through sustained production. Provide hands-on line support, troubleshoot tooling and equipment, improve cycle time and yield, maintain work instructions, validate process changes, lead root-cause analysis, support NPI builds, provide DFM feedback, and manage station-level KPIs. The role requires close collaboration with production, quality, technicians, and design engineering in a high-volume hardware environment.
