Own electronics build quality across PCBAs, harnesses, cables, and battery packs in a high-volume defense manufacturing environment. Investigate defects, contain suspect products, lead root-cause and corrective-action efforts, monitor manufacturing quality metrics, create inspection plans, support first article inspections, improve in-line controls, certify inspectors, and maintain ESD controls. The role requires electronics manufacturing quality experience, SMT and post-SMT process knowledge, and proficiency with SQL and Python for production data analysis.

Owns terminal guidance and control paths for unmanned aircraft, including guidance laws, aimpoint commands, acceleration management, flight-control interfaces, and engagement accuracy against maneuvering targets. Develops and deploys C++ and Python software to flight vehicles, performs state estimation and sensor fusion, analyzes flight-test data, and participates in test planning, range operations, instrumentation, and post-test reviews.

Owns the end-to-end autonomy data platform, including recovering and uploading flight data, processing synchronized sensor and video streams, designing catalogs and storage, building query and replay systems, and creating versioned datasets with lineage. The role requires operating scalable cloud infrastructure, batch processing pipelines, databases, and internal tooling for robotics and machine learning workflows.

Develops end-to-end computer vision and perception software for unmanned aircraft, including target detection, classification, tracking, aimpoint selection, EO/IR imagery, and embedded deployment. Owns accuracy-latency tradeoffs, evaluation against flight data, sensor integration, regression testing, and perception interfaces. Provides senior technical design and code review while supporting mission-critical target discrimination and operator-authorized engagement workflows.

Build and manage the company’s ICFR and SOX program, including scoping, risk assessment, control design, documentation, testing, deficiency evaluation, remediation, and ITGC coordination. Partner with process owners and third-party providers, oversee SOX readiness for an IPO or public-company transition, and serve as the primary controls liaison to external auditors, executives, the CFO, and Audit Committee.

Own month-end close, AP and AR cycles, financial reconciliations, audit support, SOX controls, process automation, and accounting process improvements. Leads and grows the Platform Software team responsible for Neros’s embedded Linux distribution, BSPs, kernel, bootloader, runtime, libraries, toolchain, and SDK. Owns the platform roadmap, reliability, architecture, interfaces, engineering quality, and delivery. The role combines hands-on code and architecture review with people management, hiring, mentorship, performance management, stakeholder communication, and platform-as-a-product ownership.

Leads and grows an application and backend engineering team building web, desktop, Android, and API-based tools for drone mission planning, configuration, and flight-data analysis. Owns architecture, offline-first functionality, data pipelines, identity, security, quality, CI/CD, observability, and delivery across multiple platforms. Remains hands-on with coding, code reviews, technical direction, and operational ownership.

Drive business development and sales for U.S. forces operating in the EUCOM region. Identify stakeholders, build relationships with operational units, lead engagements, and convert regional demand into fielded capabilities.
