Design, build, and deploy manufacturing automation equipment and test systems to increase throughput, quality, and efficiency. Lead automation from concept through production, integrate hardware/software, support NPI transitions, perform ROI and process capability analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale production.

Lead and grow the Ground Software engineering team building operator-facing Ground Control Station software across desktop and rugged platforms. Own architecture, reliability, release cadence, low-latency video and telemetry pipelines, multi-vehicle workflows, C2 integration, test strategy, and engineering quality practices (code review, testing, CI/CD).

Take end-to-end ownership of electronics hardware design and verification for unmanned systems. Perform worst-case circuit analysis, author and execute verification plans, lead board bring-up and integration, coordinate environmental and EMI/EMC qualification, support FMEA and derating, and contribute to schematic capture and production qualification.

Manage day-to-day office operations and employee-facing spaces, including vendor coordination, space planning, ticketing queue resolution, budget and PO tracking. Design workplace experience programs, perks, onboarding moments, and company events. Connect HQ culture with US hub offices and support multi-site workplace needs.
