Lead procurement, installation, programming, calibration, and optimization of an in-house SMT production line. Manage component sourcing, inventory and ERP/MES workflows, provide DFM feedback to hardware engineers, and recruit/train SMT technicians to execute production, quality inspection, and IPC-standard rework/repair.

Lead ownership of NetSuite implementation and post-go-live stabilization. Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, roles, and permissions. Partner with finance, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and warehouse stakeholders. Manage external implementation partners, run UAT and release management, triage issues, and build governance for enhancements, access, master data, and change management to transition to an internal enterprise applications function.

Lead architecture and development of manufacturing systems and integrations (MES, ERP, QMS, WMS). Build production factory software, define APIs/data models, establish engineering standards, ensure auditability/observability, and partner with cross-functional operations teams. Mentor engineers and operate hands-on as the first senior technical leader in a fast, regulated manufacturing environment.
