Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles supporting the Ukrainian team. Responsibilities include sourcing and assessing engineering candidates, partnering with Ukrainian and US hiring managers, coordinating pre-onboarding, maintaining ATS records and talent pipelines, tracking recruitment metrics, and improving sourcing channels and hiring processes.

Supports Strategic Finance through FP&A, operating model updates, cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, and monthly reporting. Uses AI tools to improve finance workflows, models, data pipelines, and forecasting accuracy. Supports partnerships, M&A, fundraising, valuation modeling, investor materials, and cap table analysis while partnering with operations, procurement, and production teams. The role also helps build the Strategic Finance function at a defense technology company.

Own flight performance for multirotor UAVs from prototype through production. Design structured flight tests, analyze blackbox, DVR, and telemetry data, diagnose failure modes, tune configurations, and validate changes. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, production, and NPI teams to improve stability, response, reliability, and scalability. Document flight dynamics and testing methods, lead R&D efforts, and provide technical knowledge transfer on multirotor mechanics.
