Leads strategic sourcing and supplier quality for a growing defense technology supply base. Owns category strategy, supplier relationships, qualification, audits, scorecards, corrective actions, quality KPIs, risk mitigation, dual sourcing, supply continuity, and commercial negotiations. Manages supplier quality engineers and partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and supply chain teams to improve cost, delivery, compliance, and supplier performance.

Supports Congressional and Executive Branch engagement strategy, builds relationships with Congress, the National Security Council, Pentagon leadership, and regulatory agencies, and contributes to political operations. The role translates complex technical issues into policy narratives, influences policy and regulatory outcomes, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

Leads federal communications by building relationships with defense think tanks, journalists, Congress, the Pentagon, and Executive Branch audiences. Partners with Marketing to develop brand messaging campaigns, social events, and government-focused white papers. Translates complex technical and defense policy topics into compelling narratives while leveraging expertise in federal communications, DoD procurement, congressional appropriations, and national security policy.
