Own and grow NerdWallet’s consumer lending partner portfolio, managing existing relationships, identifying prospects, developing partnership strategies, negotiating pricing, optimizing economics, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The role collaborates with general management, product, operations, internal stakeholders, and external partners to execute initiatives, improve processes, and deliver business results across multiple partnerships.

Leads NerdWallet’s customer growth strategy across owned channels, including email, push notifications, newsletters, podcasts, and emerging formats. Builds data, segmentation, personalization, and automation infrastructure to improve acquisition, product adoption, retention, engagement, and advocacy. Oversees go-to-market strategies for new branded financial products, beginning with NerdWallet Savings, while partnering with product, data, design, communications, and business leaders. Establishes growth metrics, operating rhythms, and scalable customer engagement capabilities across a matrixed organization.

Leads NerdWallet’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations functions, owning recruiting strategy, operating model, capacity planning, systems, workflows, metrics, vendor strategy, and team leadership. Builds scalable recruiting infrastructure, dashboards, interview frameworks, and technology roadmaps while partnering with executives, Finance, HR, Legal, and business leaders. Oversees recruiting across all levels, including executive searches, and drives data-informed hiring decisions, process governance, and adoption of modern tools and automation.
