Maintain and secure NerdWallets IT infrastructure: manage identity (Okta), endpoint (Jamf/Intune), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), automate user lifecycle and operations, enforce SOX/compliance, build runbooks, and collaborate with Security, DevOps, and HR on infrastructure improvements and special projects.

Manage day-to-day performance and operations of SMB partnerships across credit cards, banking, and software. Analyze partner performance, lead reviews, identify and pitch growth opportunities, coordinate launches, support pricing and negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to improve consumer experience and drive revenue growth.

Manage the full inside-sales cycle for small-business financial products, from outreach through closing. Advise business owners on loan options, coordinate with lender partners, manage sales pipelines, meet performance metrics, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, primarily in-office environment.
