The Customer Success Manager coordinates execution of marketing programs, manages client relationships, ensures operational excellence, and supports sales with project management tasks.

Collects and delivers market measurement data for in-store retail programs, supports test design and measurement planning, presents findings, and communicates insights to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders. The role manages multiple analyses and reports, ensures accuracy and timely delivery, and applies data interpretation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with analytics, consumer-packaged goods, media, agency environments, or Circana/NielsenIQ data is advantageous.

Lead and grow CPG client accounts across an assigned territory by selling Neptune's in-store, digital incentive, and media solutions. Build senior-level relationships, develop data-driven campaign recommendations, maintain forecasting cadence, drive solution adoption, and expand pipeline through new business development and negotiations.
