Serves as the first point of contact for product support inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, answering customer questions, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems. The role manages tickets across multiple channels, follows SOPs, maintains knowledge-base content, provides product configuration guidance, and collaborates with Product and Development teams to meet service-level expectations.

Designs and manages CI/CD pipelines, automates AWS infrastructure with AWS CDK, monitors and troubleshoots production systems, and supports cloud infrastructure reliability. The role manages AWS services and containerized environments, improves application performance and security, assists with incident response, and collaborates with development teams using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Serve as a solution expert across Sales, Customer Experience, Implementation, Product, and Partner teams. Scope complex customer requirements, design scalable solutions, assess risks and dependencies, validate feasibility, document solution plans, and support implementations. Provide guidance on workflows, integrations, data strategies, and architecture decisions while acting as an escalation resource. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product gaps, coach teams on best practices, and improve discovery and solution-design processes.
