Develop and grow Neostella's partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding technology vendors, integration and referral partners. Manage partner pipeline, conduct discovery, present value propositions, support negotiations and enablement, collaborate cross-functionally, track outcomes in CRM, and represent the company at events to drive co-selling and marketplace opportunities.

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs in Python, build serverless workflows with AWS (Lambda, Step Functions), integrate third-party systems, participate in integration testing, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in agile teams to deliver scalable, reliable platform features.

Lead QA efforts by designing and building custom testing frameworks and integration, unit, and end-to-end tests (primarily in Python). Architect performance, reliability, and scalability test solutions, integrate tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers to drive code quality and testing best practices.
