Neos Networks Benefits Overview

Supports the design of LV/ELV AC/DC power and site infrastructure for telecoms and data centre environments. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, layouts, schedules, specifications, calculations and design packs; supporting surveys and reviews; assessing equipment and supplier information; applying engineering and safety standards; identifying risks; and collaborating with project teams through implementation.

Owns end-to-end delivery of customer telecommunications orders across internal systems and multiple network suppliers. Coordinates provisioning, tracks progress, manages committed delivery dates, resolves escalations, forecasts delivery volumes, reduces aged work-in-progress, and provides customers and stakeholders with timely updates. The role supports accurate, timely service delivery and a strong customer experience.

Manage end-to-end customer service provisioning orders across internal systems, supplier portals, and multiple network partners. Coordinate delivery progress, provide timely customer and stakeholder updates, manage committed delivery dates, resolve escalations, forecast volumes, reduce aged work-in-progress, and ensure accurate, on-time service handovers that support customer satisfaction and business performance.
