Work with sales and customer success to onboard partners, own customer-facing docs and API documentation, implement customer-specific full-stack features, and lead the partner engineering team to scale operations and standards.

Own end-to-end product marketing: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and GTM execution. Build Neon's PMM function, translate complex payments/MoR features into clear publisher-facing value, create sales/onboarding collateral, run enablement, lead launches and partner co-marketing, and feed market insights into product roadmap.

Lead payments operational functions including dispute and chargeback management, fraud investigations, payment performance monitoring, PSP and partner management, and operational support for Customer Success. Define SLAs, drive tooling and automation priorities, set operational standards, and own incident response and reporting to improve outcomes across payments, risk, fraud, and compliance.

Lead full-stack development for a core payments/e-commerce product, building scalable front-end and back-end features, collaborating with product and design, ensuring performance, security, and maintainable code, and mentoring others.

Build and maintain full-stack product features across front-end and back-end. Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to design, ship, and scale performant, secure, user-friendly features. Write clean, maintainable code, participate in reviews, and own key initiatives. Work onsite in New York City.
