The Payment Operations Analyst manages payment disputes, fraud investigations, monitors payment performance, supports customer success, and improves operational processes.

Work with sales and customer success to onboard partners, own customer-facing docs and API documentation, implement customer-specific full-stack features, and lead the partner engineering team to scale operations and standards.

Own end-to-end product marketing: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and GTM execution. Build Neon's PMM function, translate complex payments/MoR features into clear publisher-facing value, create sales/onboarding collateral, run enablement, lead launches and partner co-marketing, and feed market insights into product roadmap.
