Supports and administers the Deltek Vision enterprise application, including user support, configuration, security, troubleshooting, reporting, training, documentation, data integrity, integrations, testing, and feature rollouts. The role serves as the Deltek subject matter expert, partners with vendors and enterprise applications leadership, supports process improvements and automation, and develops knowledge of related enterprise systems such as UKG and Newforma.

Prepares construction documents, technical drawings, specifications, addenda, bulletins, and project records for workplace and corporate interiors projects. Develops design concepts, architectural drawings, specifications, material selections, and 2D/3D presentations while coordinating consultants, vendors, contractors, codes, and project standards. Partners with project managers on schedules, budgets, work plans, client presentations, quality assurance, and project delivery. Mentors team members, supports recruiting and business development, and uses Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and Deltek systems.

Leads and advances NELSON’s enterprise-wide PMO and project management framework across AEC practices. Establishes standards, methodologies, and best practices; oversees project delivery, budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and reporting. Partners with senior leadership and project teams to align delivery with business objectives, improve processes, and drive accountability. Leads, mentors, and develops project management teams while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement nationally.

Senior Paralegal supporting corporate governance, entity management, contracts, compliance, AI governance, risk mitigation, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, insurance, and legal operations. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, manages corporate records and contractual obligations, partners with internal and external counsel, improves legal processes, and mentors junior team members.

Manages multiple workplace and corporate interior architecture projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include resource allocation, project scope, fees, schedules, budgets, contracts, invoicing, quality reviews, client communication, consultant coordination, business development, and team leadership. The role also develops proposals, monitors profitability and project performance, supports hiring and mentoring, and ensures projects meet contractual, technical, and client objectives.
