Provides electrical engineering design support for facility and infrastructure projects under senior supervision. Performs basic calculations, applies electrical codes and standards, creates CAD and BIM design deliverables, gathers field data, observes construction for compliance, and coordinates with designers and technicians. The role is primarily office-based with periodic construction-site and client-meeting travel.

Manages hospitality architecture projects from planning through completion, balancing scope, fees, schedules, resources, contracts, quality, and profitability. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors, oversees project documentation and billing, manages risks and changes, supports business development, and mentors project teams. The role requires architectural project management experience, strong contract and financial management skills, and familiarity with design and project-planning software.

Manages high-volume and complex project invoicing, unbilled balances, accounts receivable tracking, collections, forecasting, and billing compliance. Partners with Project Managers and Finance leaders to resolve project accounting issues, improve profitability, support project reviews, train managers on billing procedures, and maintain accurate client invoices. Uses Deltek Vantagepoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Office while providing general accounting and financial process support.
