Maintains product, job, standard, and inventory costing within Epicor Kinetic. Performs manufacturing account reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and inventory control. Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and plant leadership to improve cost visibility, profitability, and manufacturing processes. Supports audits, ERP initiatives, dashboards, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Operate and troubleshoot fabrication machinery (die press, lasers, punch, cutters, forming machines); follow Production Job Traveler; complete production paperwork and digital logs; maintain clean, safe workstation; meet quality and regulatory standards; support production team.

Own and execute full-cycle, multi-state payroll for US sites: validate timecards, process payroll and off-cycle payments, reconcile and report, manage tax filings, garnishments, benefits vendor transactions, support HR/Finance integrations, maintain compliance and payroll records, and produce management analyses.

Lead and optimize the quality management system, manage the Quality and Inspection team, oversee inspections, PPAP, PFMEA and calibration programs, handle corrective actions and failure analysis, ensure ISO9001/AS9100 compliance, drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean, and manage engineering project scheduling to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Own the RFQ lifecycle: intake, evaluate, assign, track, and deliver quotes. Coordinate engineering, procurement, sales, and regional teams; maintain templates/SOPs, monitor quoting KPIs (turnaround, win/loss, backlog), improve processes, review quote accuracy and pricing, and provide status updates. Requires ~10% travel and regulatory compliance.

Translate manufacturing business needs into functional requirements and process improvements. Document as-is/to-be workflows, support ERP/MES configuration and Epicor roll-out, write test cases, lead UAT and cutovers, support Lean/Kaizen initiatives, produce training/SOPs, and measure improvement outcomes while liaising between operations, finance, and IT.
