Translate manufacturing business needs into functional requirements and process improvements. Document as-is/to-be workflows, support ERP/MES configuration and Epicor roll-out, write test cases, lead UAT and cutovers, support Lean/Kaizen initiatives, produce training/SOPs, and measure improvement outcomes while liaising between operations, finance, and IT.

Lead and coordinate large customer programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, design reviews, and risk mitigation. Serve as primary technical customer interface, validate specifications and prototypes, support root-cause resolution, and provide cost estimates and program financial oversight.

Operate and troubleshoot fabrication machinery (die press, lasers, punch, cutters, forming machines); follow Production Job Traveler; complete production paperwork and digital logs; maintain clean, safe workstation; meet quality and regulatory standards; support production team.
