Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies from concept through production using CAD, FEA, prototyping, and tolerance analysis. Create drawings, BOMs, test fixtures, and collaborate with electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams. Optimize for manufacturability and support validation, root-cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Own the RFQ lifecycle: intake, evaluate, assign, track, and deliver quotes. Coordinate engineering, procurement, sales, and regional teams; maintain templates/SOPs, monitor quoting KPIs (turnaround, win/loss, backlog), improve processes, review quote accuracy and pricing, and provide status updates. Requires ~10% travel and regulatory compliance.

Design, prototype, and refine electro-mechanical assemblies (PCBs, flex circuits, HMI components). Translate customer requirements into production-ready designs, support tooling, testing, production troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration through prototype to full-rate production.
