The role supports pharmacy, continuing care, prescriber, veterinary, and compounding opportunities; develops collateral and digital workflows; coordinates pricing, legal, finance, operations, and IT; and travels regularly to pharmacies, clients, partner sites, and industry events.

Prepares period-close journal entries, analyzes sales margins, investigates variances, reconciles inventory, and supports quarterly and annual financial reporting. The role provides analytical commentary, maintains financial data integrity and business controls, improves reporting processes, and supports corporate financial initiatives. It requires strong accounting and financial analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with inventory reconciliation and margin analysis.

Perform financial analysis, variance investigations, payment reconciliations, inventory valuation, period-end and quarter-end close activities, journal entries, internal control maintenance, process improvements, and management reporting. The role supports corporate financial initiatives and requires strong accounting, Excel, communication, organization, and continuous-improvement skills.

Provides first-line IT support by managing tickets, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and VoIP systems. Installs and configures technology, supports user accounts, documents processes, identifies recurring issues, assists with new solution implementations, and contributes technical guidance to business teams. The role also supports store acquisitions and may require travel to stores for onsite repairs.

Supports accounts payable operations for head office and pharmacy locations, including vendor setup, invoice matching and coding, payment processing, statement reconciliation, documentation, data management, vendor inquiries, and internal customer support. The role also contributes to payables projects, process improvements, and implementation of a procure-to-pay initiative across Canadian pharmacy locations.
