Lead multiple complex enterprise SaaS implementation projects from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include managing schedules, governance, RAID logs, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, executive reporting, customer workshops, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and implementation teams. The role also supports internal process improvements and occasionally travels to client sites for key milestones.

Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and hands-on design for a complex government-funding platform. Build the design system, component library, style guide, accessibility and responsive standards, personas, user journeys, and prototyping practice. Redesign workflows to reduce friction, conduct user research, use analytics to measure outcomes, and influence product, engineering, QA, and leadership without direct reports.

Owns the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, roadmap, discovery, launch, and iteration for SaaS platform capabilities, especially financial workflows and scalability. Partners with engineering, leadership, customers, sales, marketing, and customer success to prioritize initiatives, improve adoption, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure performance, compliance, and customer value. Uses product analytics, market research, and AI tools to guide decisions and identify opportunities.
