Design, develop, and ship scalable cloud-native platform features using C#/.NET, React or Angular, Azure services, APIs, and microservices. Use AI coding assistants responsibly throughout development, testing, reviews, and documentation. Translate requirements into technical designs, troubleshoot production issues, improve reliability and security, and collaborate with product, QA, and scrum teams. Contribute to AI/LLM prototypes, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Supports product managers by translating requirements and approved designs into engineering-ready tickets, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation specifications. Maintains the backlog, participates in Agile ceremonies, coordinates cross-functional delivery, triages customer issues, and tracks sprint and release risks. Conducts customer, market, competitive, and adoption analysis to inform product decisions. Uses AI tools for documentation and research while collaborating with design, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS clients administering HUD-funded programs. Provide responsive support, coach users, demonstrate product capabilities, configure solutions, maintain client relationships, support renewals and growth, peer-review configurations, coordinate invoicing, and develop expertise in HUD programs and industry best practices.
