The Data Engineer builds and maintains secure data pipelines, warehouses, models, and curated datasets integrating clinical, financial, operational, quality, and partner data. Responsibilities include ETL/ELT development, data validation, reconciliation, monitoring, quality controls, troubleshooting, documentation, governance, and Power BI support. The role collaborates with clinical, technical, analytics, and business teams while applying healthcare privacy, security, and interoperability requirements.

Manages the financial administration, accounting, compliance, reporting, billing, drawdowns, reconciliations, and audits for federal, state, local, and private grants and contracts. Oversees budgets, financial reporting, receivables, internal controls, Uniform Guidance compliance, and Single Audit support. Partners with Finance, Fund Development, program leaders, auditors, and funding agencies while providing guidance and training on grant financial requirements.

Coordinates community engagement, outreach programs, partnerships, health education, and community events. Serves as a liaison to organizations and stakeholders, connects patients and staff with social and healthcare resources, supports policy advocacy, and identifies barriers and partnership opportunities. Requires strong communication, organization, cultural competency, community connections, local travel, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

The Grant Writer will secure funding by writing grant proposals, researching opportunities, collaborating with teams, and maintaining deadlines while promoting NFP's healthcare initiatives.
