Supervise daily telecommunications team operations supporting the Contact Center and enterprise phone systems. Provide front‑line clinical administrative support for Recovery Services: maintain and update patient records in EPIC, manage referrals and scheduling, coordinate care and communications with outside facilities, perform telephone triage and outreach, and support regulatory and grant compliance. Requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities to support patient care and provider workflows.
