Coordinates cancer care access research projects, including patient recruitment and consent, participant enrollment, interviews, surveys, chart reviews, meeting logistics, database maintenance, data quality checks, basic statistical analysis, literature reviews, manuscript and grant support, and IRB submissions. The role requires protecting confidential study data and collaborating with patients, clinicians, researchers, and community health centers.

The EDI & Payment Poster processes and posts payments from various sources, verifies and researches account information, and ensures proper filing of supplemental claims.

Provide front‑line clinical administrative support for Recovery Services: maintain and update patient records in EPIC, manage referrals and scheduling, coordinate care and communications with outside facilities, perform telephone triage and outreach, and support regulatory and grant compliance. Requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities to support patient care and provider workflows.
