Provide direct and indirect OB/GYN nursing care: assess patients, obtain histories and tests, triage sick patients, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, communicate results and care plans with providers, and support clinical team operations.

Provides direct patient care and education while supporting nursing education, quality improvement, practice initiatives, transitions of care, and new nurse orientation. Conducts chart reviews, contributes clinical input to performance evaluations, and collaborates with management to advance medical assistant practice. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday rotation in an ambulatory care setting.

Provides direct and indirect nursing care in a pediatric community health setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, triage, care planning, medication refill management, documentation, chronic and acute condition protocols, transitions of care, vaccine activities, patient and family communication, mentoring, and clinical team collaboration. Requires Massachusetts RN licensure, nursing program graduation, and BLS certification.
