Responsibilities include client partnership, technical delivery, engineering quality, team mentorship, project coordination, risk mitigation, field support, commissioning assistance, proposal development, and business development. The role combines hands-on engineering judgment with people leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

Supports research and development of innovative engineering solutions, including prototyping and testing tools, technologies, and process improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement innovations, researches emerging technology trends, and helps improve organizational efficiency. The role requires analytical problem-solving, technical knowledge, effective communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and comfort in a fast-paced design environment.
