Leads operational assessments and continuous-improvement initiatives across project workflows, staffing, finance, billing, reporting, and closeout. Diagnoses root causes, maps processes, designs future-state operations, and implements measurable improvements. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders to improve productivity, profitability, capacity, data quality, system adoption, and execution discipline. Develops metrics, playbooks, business cases, and operating standards while facilitating change and sustaining improvements.

Manages the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communications, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and requisition management. Builds diverse talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, maintains applicant records, tracks recruiting metrics, supports employer branding and recruiting events, and ensures compliance with employment regulations. The role may be performed remotely or in-office and requires minimal travel.

Performs power system studies and engineering analysis for utility-scale solar, wind, BESS plants, and substations under Professional Engineer supervision. Responsibilities include developing computer-based models, conducting load flow, short circuit, harmonics, relay protection, and arc flash studies, reviewing technical documents, coordinating with design teams, and meeting project schedules. The role also involves learning applicable codes and standards, maintaining client relationships, attending training, and following safety requirements.
