Handle confidential information professionally while prioritizing multiple tasks independently. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and administrative experience. Familiarity with project management tools and experience supporting senior leaders are preferred.

Manage and optimize Zoho ERP applications, including CRM, Projects, Books, and Analytics. Responsibilities include user and permissions management, workflow automation with Deluge, API and third-party integrations, data migration and reporting, system updates and security, troubleshooting, process improvement, user training, and documentation. The role requires strong understanding of business processes and Zoho platform administration, with a remote contract arrangement and potential pathway to full-time employment.

Lead the development, coordination, and management of multidisciplinary MEP BIM models using Revit and Navisworks. Oversee clash detection, construction documentation, shop drawings, schedules, model audits, QA/QC, and compliance with US/UK standards. Improve BIM workflows through Dynamo automation, mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews and client meetings, and resolve RFIs with technical solutions throughout project delivery.
