Performs U.S. dental insurance eligibility and benefits verification through phone and portal interactions. Documents coverage details in practice management systems, resolves complex payer discrepancies, reviews records for quality, and provides feedback to AI automation systems. The role also supports process improvement, SLA adherence, knowledge sharing, and mentoring while maintaining accurate and timely revenue cycle operations.

Leads and scales end-to-end revenue cycle management operations for U.S. dental practices. Builds standardized processes, SOPs, workforce plans, quality systems, performance metrics, and management structures. Oversees hiring, productivity, customer operations, service-level adherence, and continuous improvement while scaling the team from approximately 20 to 100+ employees. Partners with product and engineering teams to determine how AI and automation should support human workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Work with Needletail's AI to verify patient eligibility, process dental insurance claims, communicate with U.S. insurance companies and dental offices, and provide feedback to improve the AI. This is a voice-based night-shift role requiring accurate RCM work and up-to-date insurance knowledge.
