Leads global, cross-functional programs implementing and standardizing A/V, corporate networking, and on-prem IT across office builds, expansions, renovations, and moves. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, vendor management, site surveys, architectural markups, risk and dependency management, technical deployment oversight, documentation, security compliance, metrics, and stakeholder communication.

Design visual materials for internal communications, employer branding, recruiting events, employee storytelling, presentations, digital channels, physical spaces, and merchandise. Build branded toolkits, templates, and AI-assisted workflows that enable scalable content creation. Partner with communications and employer-branding teams to develop creative campaigns and a consistent employee visual identity. The role requires strong layout, typography, visual storytelling, event production, print, systems thinking, and proactive creative direction.

Manages commercial strategy, negotiation, administration, risk, cost control, claims, changes, supplier performance, delivery milestones, and closeout for high-value OFCI equipment contracts supporting data center projects. Partners with procurement, legal, finance, tax, insurance, and project teams while maintaining contract governance, payment controls, and auditable records.
