Design, build, and own reliable production data pipelines for analytics and machine learning using Python and SQL. Implement idempotent data processing, transformations, validation, quality checks, and performance optimization. Orchestrate workloads with Airflow or equivalent frameworks, and run them using Docker and Kubernetes. Collaborate with Analytics, Data Science, and ML teams while contributing technical leadership, CI/CD automation, cloud operations, and cost-efficient infrastructure management.

Coordinates complex intelligence and specialized research assignments from requirements through final delivery. Manages external research firms and professional providers, conducts research across digital environments and foreign-language sources, verifies and integrates findings, and prepares assessments, profiles, and briefings. The role requires HUMINT experience, cyber-intelligence familiarity, strong Russian and English proficiency, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Research and analyze global markets, competitors, suppliers, countries, regulatory environments, geopolitical developments, and foreign influence activities. The role identifies risks and opportunities, assesses business implications, monitors media and reputational trends, and produces executive briefings, country reviews, business profiles, and decision-focused assessments supporting market entry, site evaluations, strategic projects, and corporate planning.
