Coordinate technical execution for US post-sales cloud customers, including pre-sales handoffs, architecture and dependency tracking, production readiness, customer health, risk management, and cross-functional work with Engineering, Product, Support, and architects. Improve post-sales processes, Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, playbooks, and documentation while identifying technical gaps and operational blockers across AI cloud infrastructure environments.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates global technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, reseller, service-level, procurement, partnership, and data processing agreements. Partners with go-to-market and other stakeholders on customer transactions, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and cross-border regulatory matters. Develops contract templates, playbooks, legal processes, and practical guidance for global teams while supporting GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other privacy compliance requirements.

Redesign and build the Capacity Management Confluence space by interviewing stakeholders, mapping workflows and dependencies, documenting processes and ownership, creating onboarding materials, and improving information architecture based on user feedback. The role requires translating complex technical and managerial information into clear, actionable documentation while collaborating across engineering, supply chain, product, finance, and sales.
