Lead end-to-end advertising strategy across Neato's multi-brand portfolio (Amazon primary, TikTok Shop, Walmart Connect). Set objectives, budgets, ACOS/TACOS targets, and campaign guardrails. Manage and mentor an overseas Advertising Strategist, own stakeholder communication and reporting, run audits using ad tools, translate performance into clear recommendations, and support creative and product launches with focused campaign plans and post-launch analysis.
