Own QA strategy and hands-on test execution across Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato. Administer and support Salesforce, Conga CPQ, NetSuite, and Workato across a global revenue technology stack. Responsibilities include improving reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and data quality; operationalizing research models; developing geospatial algorithms; supporting data delivery; and maintaining clean, tested scientific Python systems.

Manage a mid-market and enterprise SaaS account portfolio from onboarding through renewal. Own global financial accounting for Technology, Engineering, Product, and GCO divisions. Responsibilities include month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, P&L variance analysis, vendor and expense review, lease accounting, tax filings, intercompany reconciliation, audit support, budgeting, finance systems projects, process automation, and mentoring junior staff.

The role requires deep customer discovery, collaboration with sales, engineering, customer success, legal, and partners, and expertise in government workflows, geospatial technology, property intelligence, and public-sector use cases.

The Senior Actuarial Analyst develops and defends actuarial evidence for insurance rate filings using Nearmap data. Responsibilities include model validation, accuracy and fairness analysis, actuarial exhibits, regulatory responses, state filing requirements, SERFF administration, and customer-facing support for carrier pricing teams. The role also builds reusable validation materials and ensures new products are filing-ready. Candidates need property and casualty actuarial experience, ratemaking or filing expertise, predictive modeling knowledge, and proficiency with SQL, R, or Python.

Leads and scales global People Operations service delivery, including team leadership, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS operations, data governance, compliance controls, automation, analytics, and cross-functional programs. Owns operating models, service quality, process standardization, system releases, self-service initiatives, and executive reporting while ensuring accurate employee records and effective collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and regional stakeholders.

Supports employees, managers, and people leaders across the US and Canada through employee relations, HR program delivery, performance management, onboarding, engagement surveys, and policy guidance. Partners with HR operations to improve workflows, HR technology, self-service tools, and AI-enabled employee experiences. Uses workforce data to identify trends, maintains accurate records, coaches managers, and ensures consistent application of regional and global People & Culture programs.

Leads regional People and Culture strategy for Australia and Poland, advising leaders on performance, employee relations, employment legislation, restructures, policies, culture, and organizational development. Oversees regional workplace teams, partners with People Operations and Talent Acquisition, manages global programs including ESG, and uses people data to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

Leads quality engineering initiatives while remaining hands-on with manual and automated testing across API, web, and Windows desktop applications. Establishes automation standards, develops Java and Python test frameworks, builds Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, evaluates AI-assisted testing tools, performs exploratory testing, analyzes failures, and mentors QA engineers. Partners with engineering and product leadership on test strategy, risk assessment, coverage planning, quality metrics, and release readiness.

Own the technical vision and roadmap for Nearmap’s large-scale AI platform. Lead a team of 3–4 engineers while designing and operating Kubernetes-based workflow orchestration, distributed GPU training, batch inference, real-time model serving, and LLMOps infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Drive platform reliability, observability, security, automation, CI/CD, and GPU cost efficiency. Partner with AI product teams, lead major incident response, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute production Python to the highest-risk platform initiatives.

Own the cloud infrastructure platform supporting Nearmap’s AI and machine learning workloads across AWS and GCP. Lead a small engineering team while designing and operating Kubernetes fleets, GPU compute, networking, identity, storage, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, security, reliability, and cost controls. Mentor engineers, guide technical strategy, support hiring, manage incidents and on-call responsibilities, and establish reusable platform standards across the company.

Leads Nearmap’s operations organization, overseeing service delivery, quality assurance, process standardization, continuous improvement, training, performance metrics, budgets, vendors, incident response, and business continuity. Partners with Product, Sales, and Technology teams to improve services and customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, and service-level agreements. Lead Nearmap’s government sales organization across city, county, and state accounts. Own net-new and expansion revenue, develop sales strategy, coach quota-carrying representatives, manage forecasting and pipeline rigor, and build relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders. Establish performance goals, recruit and develop talent, improve sales processes, ensure Salesforce compliance, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive predictable growth.

Owns go-to-market and pipeline strategy for Nearmap’s ANZ insurance market. Develops account-based marketing programs for priority carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs; partners closely with Sales on pipeline reviews, outbound sequencing, and deal acceleration; leads regional event strategy; and feeds local market insights into global insurance campaigns. Requires strong B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience, enterprise account-based program expertise, and proficiency with marketing automation and intent-data tools.
