Oversee software delivery and implementation excellence, create executive dashboards, manage project risks and value realization, coach teams, and surface sustainability and burnout signals. Partner with Product, Engineering, leadership, and customers to improve operational rigor across complex enterprise software deployments.

Lead and operationalize a new PMO for Europe, owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations, enforcing project management standards, maintaining reporting and dashboards, identifying and resolving risks, refining PMO tooling, and designing onboarding and continuous learning for Customer Success.
