Build and ship trustworthy AI product features for Neara’s utility digital-twin platform. The role focuses on LLMs, agents, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows grounded in simulation and network data. You will work directly with utility customers, product and engineering teams to deliver production systems, establish AI development standards, and ensure outputs are traceable, safe, and engineering-grade.

Own strategic enterprise utility accounts from delivery through adoption, measurable value, and growth. Lead complex technology programs, configure the platform to customer workflows, manage organizational change, define ROI frameworks, advise executives, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as the internal customer advocate while bringing field insights to Product. The role requires strong technical depth, commercial judgment, executive communication, and significant experience delivering enterprise technology outcomes.

Own customer success across enterprise utility accounts by becoming a platform expert, supporting network model builds, driving adoption through training and workshops, tracking business outcomes, providing technical guidance, identifying expansion opportunities, and sharing customer insights with Sales, Deployment, and Product. Design end-to-end product experiences for complex, data-rich infrastructure software. Conduct user research, create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces, and collaborate with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery. Improve usability, contribute to the Nitro Design System, explore future product concepts, and communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work directly with high-value customers to drive Neara platform adoption, define and validate ROI, embed solutions into workflows, deliver training and workshops, collaborate with Sales and Deployment, and identify expansion opportunities through stakeholder engagement and value-driven strategies.

Work closely with strategic utility customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of the Neara platform. Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, embed solutions, define business cases and ROI metrics, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and value realization.

The Customer Value Architect will engage with customers to enhance the adoption of the Neara platform, ensuring value is delivered and facilitating customer training and engagement while identifying growth opportunities.

Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to enterprise utility customers to drive adoption, embed Neara platform usage, define and validate ROI, deliver trainings/workshops, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams.

Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts across Europe, serving as executive relationship owner and driving revenue growth through account expansion plans. Coach account managers and customer success teams on strategy and complex commercial execution, improve key account processes, collaborate with product and customer operations, and report performance and pipeline to leadership. Represent the company with utility customers at conferences and events.

Own Neara’s global deployment engine, including digital-twin model building, QA, deployment operations, contractor management, delivery economics, and quality standards. Lead distributed teams across multiple regions, standardize and automate delivery processes, manage capacity and risk, develop regional leaders, and improve throughput, forecasting, utilization, margins, and on-time performance. The role requires technical credibility in complex SaaS delivery, strong vendor management, and regular international travel from Sydney.
